A seasonal plan for the complete property
A professional holiday lighting plan begins with the property—not only a strand count. Building height, roof geometry, attachment surfaces, palm height, landscaping, power access and the condition of any customer-provided equipment all affect what is practical.
We review those conditions before defining the work. The final recommendation remains subject to property access, structure, equipment condition and safe working conditions. That protects the requested design from assumptions that cannot be confirmed from a single photograph.
Two ways to begin
Lights and equipment are available when Palm Beach Pavers is supplying the materials for the requested display. The estimate separates supplied items from the applicable roofline, peak, palm, column, bush and takedown services.
Homeowner-provided lights and equipment can be considered when the quantity, condition, compatibility and intended use fit the requested display. Equipment that is damaged, incomplete or unsuitable must be addressed before installation is scheduled.
Clear choices on one document
Every requested service—including supplied lights or equipment, labor-only installation, rooflines, peaks, palms, columns, bushes and January or February takedown—is placed on one written estimate. Each service appears as a separate line item so it can be reviewed and selected clearly.
Scope determines the estimate
We do not publish unsupported package prices. The useful estimate is based on the actual property, requested display areas, equipment responsibility and timing.
Five practical steps
Show the house, rooflines, peaks, palms, columns and landscape features you would like considered.
We evaluate the visible conditions, requested design and whether customer-provided equipment is suitable for the proposed use.
Every requested service is placed on one written estimate, with each installation area, supplied item and takedown shown as a separate line item.
Timing is confirmed after the written scope and selected line items are approved.
If requested, January or February takedown appears on the same estimate as its own line item and is scheduled separately from installation.

We explain the visible issue and discuss practical options. Damaged, incompatible, incomplete or unsuitable customer-provided equipment will not be represented as ready for installation, and any revised supplied items or scope must be documented before work proceeds.
